We’re thrilled to announce that our very own Specialist Project Manager, Caitlin Patterson is the WINNER of the 2024 MRS RAS Independent Recruiter of the Year!
Caitlin has pipped a host of other UK recruiter talent to the post to be crowned this year’s winner after judges demonstrating her knowledge, skills and competence in the field of qualitative recruitment for her research agency client. The purpose of the research was to support a global home furnishings retailer in their mission to become an EDI leader of ‘bricks & mortar’ retail experiences.

I’m over the moon to have won this award. I am incredibly passionate about EDI and fair experiences for all, so this research study was a real pet-project of mine. The people who participated were so insightful about their unique experiences, they were a pleasure to work with.

We have been shortlisted in recognition of a program of recruitment work focusing on audiences with a variety of health, life event, finance and communication vulnerabilities for a utilities provider.

Our sister company Give Opinions partnered with Brand Jar to provide a 130-strong Gen Z participant panel for a piece of new product development research, which has been shortlisted for ‘Best Online Qual’ award at this year’s 2024 MRS Oppies.
