EXPERIENCES & SPECIALITIES
I’ve spent quite a lot of time working on customer closeness projects and particularly communities. I was involved in a long-term online video community that lasted for three years. It was wonderful to be able to see how the community evolved, but also to be invested in a project for such a long time felt like a privilege.
WHAT I BRING TO THE TABLE
I studied psychology with counselling, which I believe taught me to really listen to people and understand how to meet people where they are and in the way they need. It definitely helps me to interact effectively with clients and participants. I always aim to put people at ease.
WHAT I’M PASSIONATE ABOUT
I love working with clients. There is nothing I enjoy more than building relationships and getting to know people. From the inevitable formal start to establishing trust and understanding and creating authentic connections, it’s incredibly rewarding.
Outside of work I am a big fan of any dog, and our two cats. My daughter turns 2 at the end of the year and there is no greater love or challenge than watching her grow in all her messy and fantastic glory!
WHAT I LOVE TO WORK ON
I get real joy from working on projects where I can talk to people about the things they really love. We have had a couple of projects recently looking at pets and gaming and it’s been so rewarding to hear from people about their passions.
