Despite the ever-changing situation that each day brings whilst we all navigate our way through the impact of Coronavirus, we wanted to assure you of our ability to continue supporting you and your business.
It’s ‘business as usual’ here at BEAM and we’re committed to delivering all projects to agreed time scales.
As face-to-face research is going to be impacted for some time, we are already seeing a switch to online and telephone methods. We have a fantastic team of Project Managers and team in the field who are working together to change our face-to-face projects over to methods supporting the Government’s social distancing strategy. We have made available additional resources to deal with this shift in work pattern – just let us know what you need.
Our team is working hard to keep your projects moving despite the many bumps in the road, quickly learning and refining the best ways to connect with your key audiences during fluctuating working practices, those who may be isolated and new demands on business respondents.
The health and wellbeing of the BEAM team and their families is key to our success. We’re resilient to changes and have planned ahead should the schools close. This ensures our team can look after both their home and your work. We are predominantly working from our homes, we have already established ways of working to ensure communication and cooperation remain, and have secure IT arrangements in place to support us.
If you have any concerns at all please feel free to contact either myself, Kay or Collette via our emails or mobile phones. Our office phone is diverted and manned by Danielle who will field your call. Alternatively you can reach me directly on 07943 304 247.
Most important of all, please stay safe and healthy.
