Participants – questions are sent to participants via Whatsapp, meaning there is no new interface to learn or app to download, just a simple way to gather video, photo or written responses. This results in higher levels of engagement and a significantly lower dropout rate.
Clients – Brand Jar’s powerful platform provides access to responses as they come in and is equipped with time saving solutions such as auto transcription on videos, adaptable data visualisation, advanced filtering, and most importantly, AI summaries which can save hours of data analysis.
BEAM and Brand Jar happily share knowledge and expertise, with Susy (CEO of Brand Jar) supporting BEAM with marketing and business development, and Kay (Director of Business Operations) channeling her vast expertise of the market research world into Brand Jar as a passion project.
